Your business runs on memory.
Memory doesn't scale.
We take small businesses from paper, spreadsheets and tribal knowledge to software that runs without you standing over it: built, connected, and hosted by the same people who answer the phone.
30 minutes, no deck, no obligation. You describe the mess; we tell you what we'd do about it.

What we do
Three ways in. Usually all three eventually.
Most businesses call us about one problem. We fix that first, then keep going as far as it makes sense to go.
01
Development
When nothing off the shelf fits the way you actually work, we build it. Job tracking, scheduling, quoting, internal dashboards, customer portals. The boring software that stops details slipping.
What building with us looks like02
Integrations
You already pay for five tools that don't talk to each other. We connect them, automate the copy-paste between them, and stop the double entry. Cheaper than replacing any of them.
See what we connect03
Hosting
Someone has to run it, back it up, patch it and notice when it breaks. That's us. Your software lives on infrastructure we operate and monitor, with backups you can actually restore.
How hosting worksThe pipeline
From no software to running software.
Five stages. You can stop after any of them, and nothing we build holds your data hostage.
01
Walkthrough
We watch how the work actually happens and write down every place it depends on one person remembering.
02
Plan
A short document: what gets built, what gets bought, what gets connected, what it costs. Fixed scope, fixed price.
03
Build & connect
You get something usable in the first three weeks and every two weeks after, not a reveal at the end.
04
Cutover
Your data moves over, your people get trained on the one workflow they care about, and paper stops being the source of truth.
05
Run
Hosting, backups, monitoring, and a person to call. Changes get made as the business changes.
Who it's for
If the business can't survive you taking a vacation, that's the problem we solve.
Our clients are 5–30 person businesses at the point where the market expects software, standards and automation, and everything is still held together by one person's head.
You'll recognise these
- Jobs, quotes or orders live in a notebook, a whiteboard, or a text thread.
- The same information gets typed into three different places.
- Only one person knows how a thing is really done, and they're not writing it down.
- Customers or auditors ask for something you can't produce quickly.
- You've bought software before and nobody uses it.
A real client workplace: shop, clinic, warehouse, office
And who it isn't for
If you need a consumer app-store product, or a team of ten engineers by next quarter, we're the wrong shop and we'll say so on the call.
Work
We're new, and we'd rather say so.
Two client projects are shipping now, both marketing sites built on Payload and Postgres so the owner gets a real admin panel, not a request queue. Ask about either on the call and we'll walk you through the real thing: code, data model, hosting and all.

Marketing site · with an admin panel
A public site the owner can edit themselves: Payload CMS over Postgres, so content, pages and records live in one admin panel instead of an email to a developer. Hosted and maintained by us.

Marketing site · customer-facing
Same stack, different shape: a site that brings enquiries in, and an admin panel that keeps a record of every one instead of losing them in an inbox.
Our own infrastructure
Six servers, run the way we'd run yours.
We operate our own hardware and full stack: provisioning, containers, databases, backups, monitoring and recovery. It's not a slide about hosting; it's the thing we do every day before we do it for you.
Nightly backups, tested restores
Monitoring and alerting on every service
Your data exportable on request, always
Questions
The ones we get asked first.
What does this cost?
Fixed price per stage, quoted after the walkthrough. Hosting and maintenance is a flat monthly fee based on what's running, not per seat. No surprise invoices: if scope changes, we requote before we work.
Do I have to replace the software I already pay for?
Usually not. If a tool works, we keep it and connect it. Building is the last resort, not the first pitch.
What if we stop working together?
You get your data and your code. We'll hand off to whoever comes next, or help you move to a hosting provider of your choice. Nothing is locked to us.
My team isn't technical. Will they use it?
That's the whole test. We design around the way the work already happens, put it in front of the people doing it early, and cut anything they don't touch.
How long until something changes?
Three weeks to something you can use, and often the first integration lands before that. Full pipeline work runs a couple of months, in visible pieces.
Start here
Tell us what's slipping through the cracks.
A 30-minute call. We ask how the work happens, you ask whatever you want, and you leave with an honest read on whether software is even your problem yet.
