How we work

Five stages. You can stop after any of them.

No discovery phase that produces a slide deck. Every stage ends with something you can hold, use, or decide on.

01

Walkthrough

We spend time where the work happens: with you and with the people doing it. We follow one job from first call to paid invoice and write down every handoff, every re-typed field, and every step that only works because someone remembers it.

This is where most of the value is. You'd be surprised how often the fix is a 20-minute automation nobody had time to notice.

You get

A written map of how your business actually runs, and a ranked list of what's costing you most.

Takes

A few days

02

Plan

A short document in plain language: what we'd buy, what we'd connect, what we'd build, in what order, and what each piece costs. Sequenced so the painful thing gets fixed first.

If the honest recommendation is to change a process instead of buying software, that's what the document says.

You get

A fixed-scope, fixed-price plan you own, usable even if you hire someone else to do it.

Takes

About a week

03

Build & connect

We work in two-week pieces. Each one ends with something real in your hands: a working screen, a live integration, an automation that already saves time. You're steering the whole way instead of waiting for a reveal.

Whatever your team doesn't touch gets cut. Software nobody uses is worse than paper.

You get

Working software you can use during the build, not after it.

Takes

Three weeks to first release, then ongoing

04

Cutover

Your history moves over and gets cleaned on the way. We train each person on the one workflow they care about, not a two-hour tour of everything, and we're there for the first week of real use.

The old way stays available until nobody reaches for it. Then it goes away.

You get

Your data migrated, your team trained, and written procedures for the work that used to live in one head.

Takes

One to two weeks

05

Run

We host it, monitor it, back it up, patch it, and change it as the business changes. One flat monthly fee, direct access when something needs attention, and a standing invitation to cancel, with your data and code handed over clean.

You get

Hosting, backups, monitoring and small changes included. No per-seat pricing.

Takes

Monthly, for as long as it's useful

How we behave

Four promises we'll hold ourselves to.

Plain words

No jargon in a document you're expected to sign. If you can't explain it back to us, we wrote it badly.

Fixed price

Quoted per stage before work starts. Scope changes get requoted, not billed quietly.

Smallest fix first

Buy before connect, connect before build. We'll talk you out of the expensive option when there is a cheap one.

No lock-in

Standard tools, your accounts where possible, your code and data on request. Leaving is allowed to be easy.
