Short, because there isn't much to say.

What we collect

If you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address, business name and message you type in. That is the only information this site collects about you.

We don't run analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and the site sets no cookies.

What we do with it

Enquiries are forwarded to our inbox so we can reply. We use them to answer you and, if we go on to work together, to keep a record of what was discussed. We never sell them or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within twelve months. If we do work together, correspondence is kept for the length of the engagement and as long afterwards as tax and contract records require.

Where it lives

This site and the systems that receive enquiries run on servers we operate ourselves in the United States. Email is handled by our email provider.

Your choices

Email inquiry@ktb.dev to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We reply within one business day.
